Treatment for Cluster Headache

Warfarin is not a primary treatment for Cluster Headache and is not typically prescribed for this condition. While it is an anticoagulant that inhibits vitamin K-dependent clotting factors by antagonizing vitamin K epoxide reductase, its use in Cluster Headache management would be incidental and not directly related to headache treatment.
