zofran
Treatment for Cluster Headache
Zofran (ondansetron) is a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist primarily used as an antiemetic, but in cluster headache treatment, it may help modulate serotonergic neurotransmission. While not a first-line treatment for cluster headaches, it can potentially reduce the frequency and intensity of attacks by blocking serotonin receptors involved in pain signaling and neurogenic inflammation.

I take 200mg of Benadryl, 600mg magnesium, a Zofran, and drink 2 packets of my favorite electrolytes in about 8 oz of water before bed. I usually wake up feeling soooo much better the next day.
