corticosteroid
Treatment for Premature Ventricular Contractions
Corticosteroids, when used for Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVCs), exert anti-inflammatory and anti-arrhythmic effects by modulating ion channel expression and reducing myocardial inflammation. Their mechanism involves glucocorticoid receptor activation, leading to decreased pro-inflammatory cytokines and stabilization of cardiac myocyte membrane excitability, thereby reducing ectopic ventricular activity.

Sounds good, except I've just weaned myself off fluticasone and I'm starting to see a reduction on PVC's. I guess there's no silver bullet, and that's what makes it so frustrating in trying to find a way to alleviate symptoms.
