vitamin b12
Treatment for Tinnitus
Vitamin B12 may help alleviate tinnitus by supporting neurological function and reducing oxidative stress in the auditory system. Its mechanism of action involves supporting myelin sheath integrity, enhancing nerve signal transmission, and potentially mitigating mitochondrial dysfunction in cochlear cells. By improving neural health and reducing inflammation, B12 can potentially decrease the perception of tinnitus and support overall auditory function.

Been using it for a couple years along with other supplements. Doing better but can't swear its because of the Lipo. If you look at the label it's mostly B vitamins. I also give myself a B12 injection once a month.
