bupropion
Treatment for Visual Snow Syndrome
Bupropion is a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) that modulates neurotransmitter activity in the brain, potentially alleviating Visual Snow Syndrome symptoms by reducing neuronal hyperexcitability. By increasing dopamine and norepinephrine levels, it may help regulate cortical visual processing and decrease aberrant neurological signaling associated with the syndrome.
