Treatment for Visual Snow Syndrome
Cannabis may modulate neurological symptoms of Visual Snow Syndrome by interacting with CB1 and CB2 receptors in the central nervous system, potentially reducing hyperexcitability of neural networks. Its primary therapeutic effects involve dampening cortical hyperactivity and modulating sensory processing, which can help mitigate visual static, afterimages, and photophobic symptoms associated with the syndrome.

You know what you gotta do. Just do it. Quit the weed. If you ever feel significantly better ease yourself into weed again if you want. Get outside and get some sun. Work on yourself. It will get better. It's not over.
