elimination diet
Treatment for Visual Snow Syndrome
An elimination diet for Visual Snow Syndrome involves systematically removing potential trigger foods, particularly those containing excitatory neurotransmitters or inflammatory compounds, to reduce neurological hyperexcitability. By carefully removing and then reintroducing specific food groups, the diet aims to identify and mitigate dietary factors that may exacerbate neurological symptoms through modulation of neural sensory processing and inflammatory responses.

I think the main reason for VSS is the leaky gut. I highly think and believe that with curing leaky gut and using alkaline & anti inflammatory foods it can be cured due to my experience with bunch of diets.
