taurine
Treatment for Visual Snow Syndrome
Taurine is an amino acid that may help mitigate Visual Snow Syndrome by modulating neuronal excitability and reducing glutamatergic neurotransmission. It acts as an inhibitory neuromodulator, potentially stabilizing neuronal membranes and decreasing cortical hyperexcitability associated with the syndrome's neurological manifestations.

Try taurine 500 mg 2-3 times a day. That will help with some of your problems. My VSS only lasted 2 months and I don't notice it now 95% of the time, it's there but not distracting if that makes sense. I think the taurine helped it.
