Treatment for Depersonalization-derealization disorder (DPDR)
Ketamine, when used in controlled clinical settings, acts as an NMDA receptor antagonist and shows potential in rapidly alleviating symptoms of Depersonalization-derealization disorder by modulating glutamatergic neurotransmission and disrupting maladaptive neural circuits. Its dissociative properties can help interrupt persistent DPDR symptoms by temporarily altering perception and providing a neurochemical reset, potentially reducing the intensity of depersonalization and derealization experiences.

I'm familiar with that too. I listen bro music with headphones and watch seasons on Netflix like its going out of style. Exercise like biking and or running helps as well.
